A 35-year-old was fleeing a gang who wanted to beat him up on Tuesday night in Tuol Kork district, when he crashed his moto into the back of a Lexus, drawing the attention of police.

The driver wanted recompense for the damage, but the rider, who was wearing a fake police uniform, told cops he was a plod at the local station, thinking this would make him exempt from payment.

Police discovered he was being less than truthful, however, and arrested him.
