A woman came home to a shock in Kampong Cham on Saturday, finding her husband covered in blood.

Police said the victim, home while his wife was away in a nearby village, had been asleep in bed when a man wearing a helmet snuck into the home and attacked, leaving him with a serious injury to his shoulder.

When the missus arrived, he was nearly unconscious from blood loss and was rushed to hospital. The assailant’s identity is unknown, but police are looking at who he may have been feuding with. KOH SANTEPHEAP
