Driver flees the scene after capital smash-up

A hit-and-run incident on Phnom Penh’s Norodom Boulevard on Thursday left one person in hospital and another nursing some minor injuries, while the suspect remains at large.

Witnesses said a car being driven at high speed collided with a moto, injuring the driver and passenger.

By the time authorities arrived on the scene, the car’s driver had already absconded, leaving police to send one moderately injured victim to hospital.
