Two men were seriously injured after they slammed their moto into a car on Tuesday night in Kandal province’s Sa’ang district.

According to the police, the pair, aged 19 and 22, suffered severe injuries to their heads. The driver, upon seeing the pair’s serious injuries, fled the scene leaving his car behind.

Authorities impounded the two vehicles while the two injured parties have been hospitalised.
