The capital’s street barricades continue to take a shameful beating.
The latest example came on Wednesday night when a man in a Camry – bystanders insisted he was drunk – ploughed into one on Sothearos Boulevard with such force that chunks of concrete flew into the air and cracked the windshield of an oncoming Lexus.
Luckily, no one was injured and the man agreed to pay for the damage to the other car.
