A car wash worker in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town was accused of helping himself to $100 he found inside a car he was cleaning on Saturday.
The victim forgot the money in his car and noticed it missing right away.
The car wash owner’s investigation turned up one of his employees, a 19-year-old man, who was arrested and sent to court.
