Phnom Penh Post - Illegal lottery operator finds he’s not that lucky
Battambang province gamblers may find themselves short of a prize as cops in the eponymous city busted two men for running an illegal lottery.
Spotted selling tickets outside a punter’s house on Monday, the men were cuffed, and their bike and 3 million riel (about $750) were confiscated.
The bookies were taken to the station to face charges.
