A Kandal province carpenter had plenty of tools at his disposal when he lashed out at a fellow villager on Wednesday.

Police say a 29-year-old woman was outside chatting with the building’s super when the handyman came at her with a sword and fishing pole.

Luckily, the landlord was able to stop him before any damage was done. When authorities took him away he confessed to the attack, and it was revealed later he was under the influence.
