Justice comes chugging down track for PP man

A 49-year-old man from the wrong side of Phnom Penh’s tracks was arrested for dealing meth yesterday.

The suspect was plying his trade in front of his house by the railway tracks in Daun Penh district when police spotted him.

A sweep of the man’s abode turned up another eight bags, though his clients managed to evade arrest by speedily making tracks of their own.
