Loitering with two packages of meth turned out to be a bad decision for one aspiring capital drug dealer on Wednesday.

The shifty-looking loiterer was searched by suspicious police, turning up the illegal drugs and a confession.

The listless slinger admitted to cops that he had been planning to resell the meth to prospective clients, claiming he bought the drugs from a truly old-school hook-up: a 60-year-old woman near Preah Kossamak Hospital.
