A Kampong Speu man was arrested on Saturday for having an illicit interest in a villager’s cows.

Concerned that some of his cattle had disappeared, it wasn’t long before he managed to nab the suspected bovine burglar early one morning at 2am, caught red-handed trying to add to his unlawful collection of cows.

The suspect was hauled off to the police station by the cops and the case is now being prepared for court.
