Mama’s boy ‘grounded’ over four-year-old rap

A homesick thug is wishing he’d been able to resist the urge to visit mom after his arrest on Saturday in Pursat town.

Police said the 30-year-old had fled in 2009 after beating and seriously injuring a man.
