A 25-year-old was dead meat on Tuesday after he allegedly threatened a police officer with a cleaver in Kampong Chhnang’s Kampong Tralach district.

Police said the suspect had tried to strangle his wife after an argument, and when police arrived on the scene, the man held them at bay with a butcher’s blade.
