Man gets pelted with rocks by a gang of seven

Getting to the airport can be a rocky situation, but it was especially so for a man pelted with stones as he passed Battambang province’s abandoned landing strip on Wednesday.

As the 22-year-old drove by, a group of seven showered him with rocks, leaving him with a head injury.

Police headed out to find the suspects loitering near the landing strip after a report was filed, and managed to apprehend four, giving them one-way tickets to the police station.
