Minor accident indicates a lack of driver education

A motorist turning without signaling? We know, it’s hard to believe that could ever happen on the Kingdom’s roads, and yet it did on Tuesday in Svay Rieng.

Luckily, both participants in the National Road 1 wipeout – prompted by a man’s sudden left turn with an unsuspecting driver directly behind him – emerged from the accident with only mild injuries.

Sadly, we can rest easy in the knowledge that no one will learn anything from the incident.
