Monday Night Raw hits the streets of the capital

Phnom Penh thoroughfares aren’t the best place for brawls, but that didn’t bother a dozen men caught battling in the street early on Monday.

Witnesses say the rival crews were seen whacking each other while driving motorbikes along a Chamkarmon district road at 4am.

Most of the miscreants successfully made it away when cops showed, but three were apprehended by the boys in blue before their bike was impounded and they were brought into headquarters for interrogation.
