Motoring muggers meet mob justice

An opportunistic bag-snatching at factory knocking-off time turned into laying out time for two Tuol Kork crooks on Tuesday evening.

After attempting to snatch the bag of a garment worker as she drove home after clocking off, the bumbling bandits panicked and fell off their moto, only for a gathering mob to add to their misfortune by dishing out a sound thrashing to the luckless larcenists. The bag was returned to the victim.
