Phnom Penh police are trying to get to the bottom of why a man got violent with his neighbours – and their possessions – in Sen Sok district on Wednesday.

Returning home after picking up his daughter from school, the victim saw the man from next door hitting his sister with a plastic chair and chopping his TV and fan with an axe.

Officers were alerted and came to subdue the suspect, who was arrested and taken to the station for questioning.
