An obstinate operator obstructs Svay Rieng road

A stubborn citizen was apprehended in Svay Rieng province on Sunday after deciding the middle of a freeway was a suitable place to park her van.

Police requested that the woman move her immobile automobile, but she responded by hurling insults.

At a loss, the traffic authorities apprehended the antagonistic driver and moved the van themselves.

The quarrelsome troublemaker was questioned and released with a warning not to pull the bizarre stunt again.
