One of two arrested in K Speu moto-jacking

Instead of going to a dealership, two miscreants in Kampong Speu province’s Phnom Sruoch district decided to ambush a motorist to acquire their own set of wheels.

The victim was minding his own business on Friday when the two thugs jumped out and shoved him off the scooter.

The commotion caught the ears of nearby officers, however, and they were able to chase down one of the punks and recover the vehicle.

The culprit was cuffed and cops carried him in for questioning in hopes he would rat out his comrade.
