Pailin man arrested for killing neighbour’s cow

Good fences make for good neighbours. Good fences also stop bad neighbours from stealing and killing your cows, a fate which befell one 35-year-old in Pailin city on Tuesday.

The victim noticed his 18-year-old neighbour leading the beast away before killing it and making a start on butchering it.

The youth was arrested, confessed to his wrongdoing, and is now languishing in the local police station for his unwanted bovine butchery.
