Pair on late-night ride arrested with meth

Two young men, perhaps looking to add a little pep to their evening, were arrested for drug possession in the wee hours of yesterday morning.

The twosome was riding round Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district when they encountered a police patrol, and tried to make a quick escape.

Police gave chase, eventually ensnaring the panicky pair. A search revealed a bag of meth – the probable cause of their flight.
