A woman with either prescient vision or an anxiety problem managed to foil an attempted robbery by asking her neighbour to keep an eye on her house earlier that day.

The thief tried to enter the Phnom Penh home on Sunday while the owner was out working, but the neighbour was on alert and immediately notified her.

The would-be victim raced home, confronting the robber while he was still in the house and recovered the stolen goods with the help of police.
