Quarrelsome quartet quickly corralled

Fisticuffs among a group of young ne’er-do-wells drew the attention of locals – and police – in Svay Rieng province’s Kraol Kor commune on Friday.

Getting a call from a concerned citizen that four young men were brawling in the street, police cruised down and arrested the 18- to 20-year-olds who were infamous area troublemakers.

The rapscallions were all carted down to headquarters to be charged for their quarrelling.
