Russey Keo resident blazes more than a trail

Where there’s smoke – and someone using a lighter indoors – there’s fire, at least that’s what capital police learned when they arrested a man for setting his own house ablaze in Russey Keo district.

Coming home on Saturday, a neighbour noticed the home owner start a fire on the top floor and called out for help.

When police showed up the inferno was put out before any major damage was done and the Phnom Penh pyromaniac, tried to hide, but was taken in to face charges.
