Salt poured into wounds of two after moto wreck

A spill on a moto caused two men to spill the drugs they were carrying in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district on Tuesday.

Police said the two men were riding along when they clumsily bumped into another motorist and fell into the street.

Cops came over to help the downed druggies, only to spot two packets of drugs lying in the street.

The pair told police that the drugs were just for personal use, but that wasn’t enough to spare them a trip downtown.
