A timely cry for help saved a capital woman’s phone in Sen Sok district on Wednesday.
The woman was stopped at a red light when a 24-year-old moto rider quickly unzipped her bag and swiped her phone.
The woman let loose a cry for help that alerted patrolling coppers to the miscreant, who were able to nab him.
