Suspicious minds paid off for police in Kampong Speu on Tuesday. A routine patrol of a main provincial road encountered a man whose dodgy behaviour prompted patrolmen to call him over for a chat.

Nowhere to run, the man was soon being frisked and found to have three packages of meth dubbed “medium-sized”, by the cops, who took not only the drugs but the man’s moto and phone before placing him in a cell.
