A pair of security guards would need quite a massive baseball team to use the 10,000 caps they stole from the factory they were supposed to be guarding in the capital’s Por Sen Chey district.

Filing a complaint in July about the mountain of missing merchandise, the plant’s owner consulted his CCTV and saw one watchman carrying out sacks of goods, and the other carting them off.
