Sneaky moto thieves get busted in the act

Police arrested two men aged 18 and 33 after their suspicions were raised seeing them wheeling a moto without a licence plate through Sen Sok district at midnight on Sunday.

A search of the suspects turned up lock-picking equipment, prompting police to take the duo in for questioning, during which both confessed to the theft.

Police are holding on to the moto while they wait for the owner to claim it.
