So stoned he forgot to run away from the cops

One out of three drug users has only his slowness to blame for being nabbed.

A plantation owner spotted the furtive trio hiding on his property in Kandal’s Kien Svay district consuming drugs and called the police.

The cops swooped down on the plantation and caught up with one of the junkies – a 27-year-old garment worker – while the other two gave them the slip.

The fellow, forsaken by his friends, was hauled away to the police station.
