Sobering experience for a trigger-happy drunk

An inebriated man rattled his neighbourhood in Preah Sihanouk province on Monday night when he fired a bullet heavenward in a state of delirium.

The guilty lad later threw the gun into the sea in hope of getting rid of evidence of his foolish crime, but was still apprehended by the police for causing a ruckus, despite his claims that his shooting was not targeted at anyone.
