A moto rider allegedly concealing a weapon and two packs of meth jumped the gun on Tuesday night after attempting to speed off from a police roadblock in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district.

The police didn’t let the suspected gunslinger flee, arresting him on the spot after they found the hidden contraband.

The man, 26, explained away the weapon by claiming to be a soldier, although he admitted to selling drugs.
