Speedy thief lacks one key to success: a mask

All it took was for a phone shop owner to look the other way and a thief, 32, was out of there. The man, police said, chose a busy time at the owner’s shop in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district on Sunday to snatch a smartphone and jet.
