A collision between a Honda CR-V and a moto in the capital’s Tuol Kork district left police undertaking some impromptu adjudication on Thursday.
Neither party was willing to accept responsibility for the collision, but the car’s owner said they would pay for repairs if the other party admitted fault, an offer that was spurned.
With each driver insistent on keeping their principles intact, police overcame the impasse by ordering each to simply fix their own vehicles.
