A man was left seriously injured after being shot in a moto robbery in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Tuesday.

Police said the man was just arriving home from a party when the two suspects appeared, promptly shot him and made off with his moto.

A neighbour got him to a hospital, where the man told police that the suspects were wearing helmets to obscure their faces. Police are nonetheless seeking the suspects. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
