Phnom Penh police are the lookout for two men who were seemingly incapable of picking on someone their own size on Monday.
Cops said a boy, 13, had been sent out on an errand by his father, but once he was about a kilometre away from the house, two men on another moto rammed into him, causing him to crash.
The men then pistol-whipped him and stole the moto, with nearby locals unable to intervene.
The boy was taken to hospital, while his assailants are still at large.
