Whether or not a violent Phnom Penh man spoke softly, he was carrying a big stick and used it to attack police yesterday in Sen Sok district.

Noticing the 26-year-old out for a stroll at a suspicious hour, the boys in blue stopped him for a search.

Things didn’t go smoothly, however, as the man began hitting officers with the stick, but was eventually stopped, arrested and brought to headquarters to cool off.
