Thieves take advantage of lady’s shopping stop

A crime against fashion rarely merits police attention.

Not so in Siem Riep, it seems, when a woman had her moto purloined after she had parked it outside a clothes shop in the city last month.

But on Saturday, the culprits were spotted by cops as they cruised around on the very same stolen moto, leading police to pull them over.

They immediately confessed to their wrongdoing and police are preparing to send them to court.
