Two women were understandably irritated after being on the receiving end of a dose of Cambodian double jeopardy in Battambang on Sunday.

The pair were riding motos helmetless when they hit a police checkpoint, receiving a $5 fine, but no receipt as police had run out.

Much to their chagrin, the pair went on their way, only to run into a second checkpoint and another fine.
