Police in Kandal’s Takhmao town, responding to a stolen phone complaint, stopped three suspects on a motorbike yesterday morning.

The suspects, two men aged 20 and a woman aged 16, turned out to have both the victim’s stolen phone and a small package of meth.

Police confiscated the goods and sent the trio in for questioning.
