Two men were taken into questioning in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Saturday night after a body search confirmed police suspicions – one of the men was carrying a sling shot.

When patrolling the area on Saturday night, the cops noticed the men picking up small stones and putting them in their pockets. One of the men had the weapon stashed up his shirt.
