Uninvited drunk dinner guest spoils meal for all

Three people trying to enjoy a late night bite in Kandal on Saturday found their meal interrupted by an unwanted guest – a Toyota Corolla.

The car, operated by a drunk driver, came careening through the front door of the restaurant, smashing multiple tables, destroying a motorbike, and injuring three peckish patrons.

The blasted blockhead fled the scene before police arrived, but is reportedly a 29-year-old garment worker well-known within the community.
