Living adjacent to one of the Kingdom’s major roads is a pretty risky choice, as evidenced by a crash in Kampong Chhnang province yesterday that saw two trucks plough through a house.

A driver says he felt sleepy while passing through Svay Chrum commune and wasn’t able to avoid hitting another lorry in front of him.

The rigs veered through the front wall of the home, causing it to collapse and seriously injuring the owner inside.

One driver fled from the scene, and when cops came both vehicles were impounded so legal action could proceed.
