Three Cambodians and one Chinese man were arrested on Friday for brawling at a party in Svay Rieng province.

When Bavet city police arrived, the three locals were beating the Chinese man.

After arresting the trio, 20 of the victim’s Chinese friends assembled at the scene, attacking a commune official and damaging the car where the Cambodians were being held.

Police were only able to arrest one of the Chinese men, as his friends ran to a casino to hide.
