Police are praising the “good cooperation” of Kampong Chhnang villagers who dropped the dime on a local hophead on Monday leading to his arrest.

While it’s not clear if he was dealing or simply a user, cops found seven packets of drugs on him along with voluminous drug paraphernalia when they busted into his Kampong Tralach district apartment after getting the tipoff from residents. He’s been sent to court.
