Two men disguised as army officers were arrested on Sunday after allegedly committing grand theft moto and stealing 20 bikes in Banteay Meanchey province.

Police raided a home after villagers complained that their motos had been stolen.

They arrested two men and seized three stolen motos, a loaded gun, cellphones and an army uniform. Police are on the lookout for other suspects. DEUM AMPIL
