A Scoopy rider was hospitalized on Tuesday evening when a Chinese national driving her Lexus 330 in the wrong lane on Russian Boulevard crashed into her with force.

Following impact, both the Scoopy and the young woman riding it were stuck under the Lexus.

The woman is said to have sustained serious injuries while both car and Scoopy have been impounded in Por Sen Chey district police station.
