Young lover’s voyage cut short by gang with knife

A teenage boy’s Wednesday had all the ups and downs of a melodrama as he and his friends were attacked on a capital excursion to visit his girlfriend.

Riding to her Chamkarmon district school with his friends, the young Casanova stopped for a bowl of noodles before his crew was set upon by a rival squad brandishing a knife.

Luckily, the boy had a homemade blade of his own and fended off the aggressors until they fled.

When cops showed up, however, he was the one hauled in for questioning because of his makeshift machete.
