There are three options under the LesMills Class series: LesMills BODYPUMP is weight training based, from upper body, core and lower body; LesMills RPM is cycling based, low impact and burn out more calories; LesMills BODYCOMBAT is martial art based, empowering cardio workout.

The Place Fitness Center is a gym club with the latest equipment and more than 3,000 active members. Gym outlets of The Place Fitness Center are located in BoengKeng Kang 1 and ToulKork, which are strategic and premium areas in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Facilities available in the gyms are swimming pool, yoga studio, spinning studio, group exercise studio, functional studio and equipped products from Technogym, Reebok and Adidas.
